Delivery Policy

  1. Digital Products (Tools, Software, Templates, etc.):
    • Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link to the product via the email address provided at checkout.
    • Alternatively, you can access your purchased product by logging into your account on Bonlinestore.com and navigating to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Online Courses:
    • After completing your purchase, you will receive a welcome email containing instructions to access your course. You can log in to your account at any time to access course materials, videos, and other resources.
    • Courses are available for immediate access unless specified otherwise.
  3. Access Duration:
    • For digital tools and products, you will have lifetime access unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
    • For online courses, access is typically granted for 1 year from the date of purchase unless a different duration is specified.

Refund Policy

  1. Digital Products (Tools, Software, Templates, etc.):
    • Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
    • If you encounter any issues with your purchase (e.g., broken links, compatibility issues), please contact our support team at admin@bonlinestore.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  2. Online Courses:
    • We offer a 30-day refund policy for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund.
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 25% of the course content and must submit a refund request to admin@bonlinestore.com with a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.
    • Refunds will only be processed if the course content has not been substantially accessed or completed.
  3. How to Request a Refund:
    • To initiate a refund request, please send an email to admin@bonlinestore.com with your order number, the product or course name, and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.
  4. Refund Process:
    • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for gift cards or subscription services unless required by law.
  • Refund requests outside of the specified time frames or without valid reasons will not be processed.
